Last year, Estrie Aide, in collaboration with the Centre Saint-Michel, set up a training program aimed at equipping its employees to deal with various everyday situations.

In total, 13 members of our team were able to benefit from individual work sessions in order to develop, among other things, their ability to interact with their colleagues.

To celebrate the completion of the various programs, Estrie Aide organizes certificate presentations worthy of the grandest graduation ceremonies, to which family, friends, and colleagues are invited. This allows us to celebrate everyone's progress and achievements together.
