For the very first time, Estrie Aide is launching a major fundraising campaign aimed at informing, raising awareness and mobilizing the Estrie population about good eco-responsible practices, but also about the great impact that their donations have on the community.

As part of the donation campaign, Estrie Aide has partnered with several shopping centres to organize fundraising activities allowing it to meet with donors.

Our teams will be waiting for you on April 15, 21, 22 and 23 at these locations to collect your donations of clothing and fashion accessories:

• April 15, 2023: Sherbrooke Centre - Central Mall - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• April 15, 2023: Orford Galleries - Mail near Gate 3 - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

• April 21-22-23 : At Carrefour de l'Estrie - Local E8 (next to Livom) - 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

The Estrie Aide donation centre remains open at all times during the campaign. You can drop off your clothing, household items, small electrical appliances and furniture starting at 8:30 a.m.

Your donations have a big impact

Donations allow Estrie Aide to offer clothing, furniture and items at low prices to families, single parents, students, adults, newcomers, retired or semi-retired people… in fact all people living with constant or circumstantial financial challenges or for all people wishing to adopt good eco-responsible practices.

The revenue from sales at the Estrie Aide store helps create collective wealth by supporting concrete community projects, including assistance for people with no or low incomes. It also generates social wealth by creating jobs for local residents and promoting the socio-professional integration of community members.

Donations from the public are therefore the foundation of the creation of collective wealth by Estrie Aide.

The campaign concept

The colloquial expression "to give one's shirt" supports the ideas of kindness and generosity, concepts that have always been dear to us.

It is thanks to the generosity of our community, our donors, that we can meet the needs of our clientele, but also contribute to its development by supporting citizen projects or other organizations.
